We have some EXCITING and FUN
fundraising events for the 2009 National Specialty.
QUILT RAFFLE
A quilt featuring
Flat-Coated Retrievers has been donated. This beautiful quilt was top
pieced and appliqued by Patricia Nilsson (FCR owner) and the long arm
quilting was done by Washington artist/quilter Cathy Kay . Raffle tickets
may be purchased
at the Specialty, or by contacting

RAFFLE & SILENT AUCTION
A Raffle will be held during the show on
Friday and/or Saturday, and a Silent Auction will be held during the
Awards Banquet Saturday evening.
Do you have a special skill, trade, hobby or interest? Do you have a
special connection with someone who would like to donate and receive
some free advertising? Then...consider making a donation for either the raffle or silent auction.
Unique Flat-Coated Retriever collectables, cool doggie items, and items
that have nothing to do with dogs
are all welcome!
Do you think that YOUR city, state, province, or country can outdo
their neighbours (near or not so near) for the most creative or unique
or... contribution...then challenge them to a competition...we will
happily
be the judges :)
